- Customer Returns

Stock Items:

• If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, or it has been damaged in transit, please return it to us (unused and in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 14 days.
• For International Returns, please mark parcel as "Customer Return". Failure to do so may result in import duties chargeable to the customer.
• Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending upon availability.
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
• A refund will only be issued for postage paid on your order when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from your original order.
• If you fail to return goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
• Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Non Stock Items:

Items purchased which are not featured on the website, hence being non stock items, are considered to be a 'special order'. Specially ordered items are not returnable unless proved faulty or damaged.

If you would like further information regarding the products or delivery options, please telephone us on 01286 871200.
