Smart Car Engine Rebuild Kit - Fortwo - The Lucky Kit

For ALL models of Smart fortwo city coupes & cabrios with the 599cc or 698cc petrol engines from 1999 to 2007.

"The Lucky kit" If you have caught the oil consumption problem early enough, and the engine has not run many miles, you might find that all you need is new piston rings and the gaskets needed to dismantle enough of the engine to replace them, plus a new breather pipe (as the one way valve gets clogged).

This kit contains:

• 3 Sets of standard sized piston rings (1.5mm middle ring for the fortwo 698cc)
• Cylinder head gasket
• Crankcase breather pipe
• Small tube of gasket sealant for the sump
• Oil filter.

It would be better to also replace the head bolts and the con-rod cap bolts, but we have known them to be re-used, so have not included them in this most basic kit. They are listed on the website if you would like to add them to your basket/order.

We cannot ship the liquid/instant gasket outside the mailand UK, so international orders will not include this item.

These kits are a mixture of equivalent quality and genuine parts.
