Smart Car Engine Rebuild Kit - Fortwo - The Prudent Mechanic Kit

Will fit ALL models of Smart fortwo city coupe & cabrios, with the 599cc or 698cc petrol engines from 1999 to 2007. EXCEPT BRABUS.
The Prudent Mechanic Kit" If like us, you think that while the engine is in bits, it is a good idea to replace bearings and seals, this kit goes further than the "Not So Lucky kit" and a long way towards an engine rebuild.
This kit includes:
- Main Bearings shells
- Big end bearing shells (genuine item with locating lug)
- Rear crankshaft oil seal
- A set of con-rod cap bolts
- Piston rings for all 3 pistons
- Head overhaul gasket and seal set (includes head gasket, exhaust manifold shield gaskets, valve stem seals (set of 6), thermostat seal to head, cam half moon seal, waterpump outle O ring, etc)
- Head Bolts Set (of 8)
- 3 Exhaust valves
- Crankcase Breather Pipe
- Large tube Wellseal sealant for the sump/rocker cover gaskets etc.
We cannot ship the liquid/instant gasket outside the mailand UK, so international orders will not include this item.
This kit is a mixture of Genuine and equivalent quality parts.Oversized piston rings are available. They are the same price. 0.25mm and 0.50mm are available for the 599cc, but 0.25mm is the only option for the 698cc.
Oversized conrod bearings and main bearing shells are also available at 0.25mm and 0.50mm.
